Today we toured an amazing estate in Bel Air that might be my favorite home in Los Angeles. Where do I start; 20k sq entertainment space , lush landscaping, privacy, amazing interior space at its finest and so much more in this California mega estate. Mega mansions are known for their huge scales and kinda cold rooms but not this one. This mega mansion felt so cozy, warm and inviting. This property is definitely built with the consideration of entertaining and enjoying the outdoor spaces since its located in Los Angeles; that has amazing weather year around. The part that is so crazy about this home is the 20k sq feet entertaining space. This giga mansion `s entertainment space has several hang out / entertainment rooms, bowling alley – thats right a bowling alley! – an amazing indoor pool / spa and indoor racket ball court. Located in Bel Air neighborhood of Los Angeles, this property is close to Beverly Hills, Santa Monica and rest of the coast. As a real estate agent I see expensive homes / properties everyday but this luxury house is in my top 3 list in entire Los Angeles! Bel Air is a neighborhood on the Westside of Los Angeles, California, in the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains which was founded in 1923. The community was founded in 1923 by Alphonzo Bell. He bought a large ranch with a home on what is now Bel Air Road. He subdivided and developed the property with large residential lots, with work on the master plan led by the landscape architect Mark Daniels. He also built the Bel Air Beach Club in Santa Monica and the Bel Air Country Club. Bel Air is filled with some of the biggest, most luxurious homes Los Angeles has to offer. If you would like to experience and enjoy Bel Air then Hotel Bel Air might be the best place for you to enjoy the beautiful greenery, peace and elegance Bel Air has to offer. Home prices range from 3 million dollars to all the way up to 500 Million dollars! These luxury properties are homes to many celebrities, foreign nationals and investors.
