Brentwood is one of Los Angeles’s most affluent neighborhoods, located on the Westside between Westwood and Santa Monica. Brentwood is a very family oriented neighborhood full of amazing, private estates. Certain parts of Brentwood on the hill side gets amazing views of the city as well as Getty Center. If you want to be close to the beach and prime parts of Westside (Bel Air, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood) then Brentwood is the best location for you. Home prices range from 2 million dollars to all the way up to 100 Million dollars!
As a real estate agent here in Los Angeles, I have had the pleasure to give mansion tours all around Los Angeles with neighborhoods including Beverly Hills, Hollywood Hills, Malibu, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Holmby Hills, Downtown, Laurel Canyon, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Encino, Palos Verdes and Mid City.
