Upon arrival at the residence, we are faced with the low demolition wooden gate and a winding path that leads to the garage, composed of coverage for the vehicle stop, service area, storage room and service bedroom. The house is not seen from its entrance due to the difference in level proposed by the implantation, plus the landscaping.
Upon entering, we are faced with a dining room integrated into the kitchen, exposed in an island format. Further back, a technical kitchen can be opened and closed as needed. Next, the living room and the toy space are separated by short corridors. The arrangement of environments in a sequential and linear way favors permeability between spaces, as well as ventilation and natural lighting, obtained through large openings framed by porticoes in reinforced concrete. The light frames allow the total integration between the interior and exterior and the exuberant landscaping seems to permeate the building. The metal roof, in the main volume of the house, is raised so that light also invades the internal spaces, offering greater comfort to the environments.
The external area, consisting of a swimming pool and gourmet space, a complete outdoor kitchen, covered by a marquee that advances in relation to the main volume of the house, is located on a plateau that allows for conviviality and free articulation with the internal social area of the residence. Finally, the intimate area consisting of four suites is located in the lowest part of the land, gaining total privacy, obtained through the physical separation of the social volume by the slope and the exuberant vegetation.
